Stop 670 more homes coming to Cole Lake Road
Stop Annexation & Rezoning
YOUR VOICE MATTERS
WE NEED YOU AT THESE TWO MEETINGS
REZONING
Changing from R-2 Paulding County, 1/2 acre lots
to
R-2 City of Dallas so developer can have lots as small as 8500 sq ft, which equals 5 homes per acre.
ANNEXATION
The Developer, David Pearson, is petitioning to annex approximately 318 acres into the City of Dallas. This allows smaller lots and smaller buffer zones between bordering properties.

Let’s tell the Dallas city leaders…
We do not want your city projects to affect our quality of life.
Who we are…
Paulding county residents that are tired of seeing our community riddled with 5 homes built per acre or 8500 square foot lots. Homes built in the name of collecting property taxes without regard for infrastructure, and the influx of people, traffic, noise, and crime. It is past time to put a stop to mass grading and small lot developments. One of the most heinous dilemmas when it comes to city councils voting on annexation is the bordering property owners have NO representation. If you do not live in the city limits of Dallas, you can not vote on the council members in office, yet they are deciding how many neighbors you are going to have.
We look forward to connecting with you.
